The event is jointly organized by the WYLLN Leadership, Management, Innovation and Enterprise sector group and the UK Resource Centre for Women in Science, Engineering & Technology.   The aim of the event is to explore the reasons why women and other groups are underrepresented in the boardrooms of both private companies and public bodies.
