Progress In the Region Live

Progress in the Region Live is an interactive map that allows you to see at a glance how our region, and the local authorities within it, are doing compared to the regional and national average.

It holds infomation about the Yorkshire and Humber economy, environment and society, including data on the number of businesses started each year, how clean our rivers are, and how many students achieve 5 good GCSEs.

You can use Progress in the Region Live to:

  • see how our region and our local authorities are doing against key indicators
  • look at trends over time
  • compare two indicators against each other
  • compare our region to the national average
  • compare your local authority to the regional, subregional and the national average
  • annotate and print maps
  • download the indicator data in Excel format

Progress in the Region Live is updated quarterly.
